Back up, restore, and move a FreeDOPE workspace

Open the profile, environment, COF, and card you intend to use. Confirm HUD and Table show solutions from the same accepted workspace revision. Open Devices & recovery and confirm local records are available. Export a local backup before leaving reliable service. Keep a printable or device export as a second recovery path. After any restore or device move, compare profile, card, environment, wind, units, and revision before accepting the workspace.

Local durability and remote synchronization are separate. A workspace can remain useful offline while remote changes wait to synchronize. Check both states before switching devices.

Restore is not automatic verification. A successful import proves that data was readable. It does not prove that the restored workspace is the latest revision or the one intended for this rifle and match.
