Identify the organizer's latest authoritative document, date, and revision label. Compare the changed stage names, target distances, order, positions, and special instructions with the prior copy. Create or review a traceable new COF revision instead of silently changing an accepted field card. Regenerate and inspect every affected solution row. Replace old printed, exported, and device copies so the firing-line artifact matches the accepted revision. Keep the superseded source long enough to explain what changed.

One changed distance can invalidate more than one row. Review the entire affected stage after a correction. Target order, labels, engagement sequence, and prepared wind decisions may have changed with it.
